Faulty high voltage diode
The high voltage diode is an electrical device that converts electrical power to DC and doubles the voltage to 5,000 volts. Then, this power is used to feed the magnetron and produce the microwave energy. If the diode becomes faulty, the magnetron will not receive enough voltage to operate and it will prevent the microwave from heating.
Defective door switch
The door switch is a device designed to interrupt the production of microwave energy when the door is opened. When you close the door, the switches send the signal to the microwave that it is safe to start. Microwave ovens usually have three or four-door switches. Defective high-voltage capacitor
