Alex came out to fix our freezer issue in a few hours after my call. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. After figuring out why our freezer was not cooling, he gave me a repair estimate. It was even less than I expected. Of course, I approved the estimate and he fixed the issue in half an hour. Fast and reliable service! I would highly recommend!

Very professional and reliable service! Great communication throughout. The technician Sergey arrived within the given time frame and even gave me a call half an hour before his arrival. After a quick diagnostics, he gave me a very honest repair option. As soon as I approved the estimate, he started the repair work. I about 40 min the oven was fixed. Thanks a lot! I would highly recommend!

Had a washing machine that wasn't working in my apartment building. I called Denver Appliance Pros. They were able to come out on the same day and fix the issue. The technician Alex was very professional and friendly. He found out a tiny nail blocking the drain motor. He fixed it quickly and I only had to pay for labor. Will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs.

My LG side by side refrigerator broke down on a Saturday morning. I called a few companies with no answer or I had to wait for week for tech to come. Victoria answered my phone call and said she would send the technician same day in the afternoon. Sergey was here on time andhad the parts with him. He repaired the issue quickly and also provided a three month warranty on labor. I'm very pleased with my repair and will call Denver Appliance Pros again for appliance needs.

The tech who came out to look at my washing machine was nice, but the price I was quoted was crazy high. $125 for parts and $180 for labor. I opted to just pay the $70 fee for them to have looked at the appliance, and instead I bought the part (whirlpool drain pump WPW10661045) for $34 on Amazon. I'm not familiar with washing machines at all, but I was able to replace it by myself in 10 minutes. Wondering why the parts and labor were so incredibly expensive! I'm glad that I didn't pay for a repair by this company.

When my oven stopped heating, I gave Denver Appliance Pros a call. They made sure to get enough informed to fully understand the problem and helped me get an appointment scheduled. The technician showed up extremely quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got it taken care of in the same visit. He was courteous, genuine, and a repair price was reasonable. Feeling very happy after having Alex from Denver Appliance Pros. He came by to repair our refrigerator on the recommendation from a friend. He is very responsive, very courteous, very thorough, and eventually, we were very satisfied! He fixed the issue in about one hour and now we can use our fridge again. A technician came the same day I called and promptly diagnosed the issue. The compressor was worn out. He came back the next day and replaced the faulty part. The price was not too high so I would use their service again.

My gas dryer stopped heating all of a sudden. Of course, it had to be on a Friday night. I called Denver Appliance Pros on a Saturday morning and Alex was able to come out in the afternoon. He took a look at the appliance and found out that the fuse is blown. Within a half an hour he had the problem fixed and even cleaned out the vent within the wall. He was so kind and professional and I never doubted his expertise. I will call them with any future appliance issues!

I was upset as it messed my plans but then I called my sister and she recommended me to call Denver Appliance Pros for help. So, I followed her advice and wasn't disappointed. I would never use these people in a million years they supposedly fixed my dishwasher and was told I could use it, I did and water leaked under and ruined my new wood floors, the company has not taken any responsibility for the damage or to correct the situation. If your technician hadn't told me he fixed it I would never had used it. He never said anything about just doing a diagnosis and having to come back. He did the repair supposedly and said it's fixed and I used it and it leaked, now you not taking responsibility for your own technicians work. Besides these dishonest people telling me my dishwasher had a leak and there incompetent tech said it was fixed, I would never had used if he told me he had to make a report and a plan of action, I was told it was fixed and I used it and it ruined my floors. they also supposedly fixed my dryer and the problem was a clogged vent which the tech never mentioned or tested. I had to have another repair company come out and tell me what these guys should have done. Appliance pros were suppose to fix my dishwasher and said it was fine to use, after them telling me it was fixed and I used it was when it leaked. Also the tech asked for a tip I've never seen that before and want my $20 back, because he was awful.

I have used Denver Appliance Pros twice. These guys are professionals in appliance repair.First time I called them when our 10 years old GE oven stopped heating. I made an attempt to fix it by myself and replaced the heating element. Unfortunately, it didn’t help. Then, I decided to call the professionals and wasn’t disappointed. Technician accurately diagnosed the problem and found that the control board was faulty. He ordered the part and installed it quickly. It was a great job!This time I called about the freezer. There was a lot of frost built up inside. The technician diagnosed the appliance and replaced the damaged door gaskets. Now the freezer is working like new. Thanks, Denver Appliance Pros for a great experience!
