Here is how to fix it.
A refrigerator is one of those household appliances, which is running non-stop. Unfortunately, over time some problems may occur. If you found some moisture on your kitchen floor, your refrigerator may leak and cause significant water damage. In fact, you can try to solve this problem by yourself using the following tips.
Check the defrost drain opening
The drain opening can be blocked by food particles or ice. It may cause water leaking out of the refrigerator and onto the floor. To resolve this issue, clear the drain opening by flushing it with hot water or use a short piece of stiff wire to remove the blockage.
Check the drain pan
Liquid from the defrost drain empties into the defrost pan, which is located at the bottom of your Viking refrigerator. It is normal for a small amount of water to accumulate in the drain pan and evaporate over time. When the drain pan is cracked, the water will leak onto the floor. In this case, replace it with the new one as soon as possible.
Check the door seal
Worn or cracked door seal allows moist air to enter inside your Viking refrigerator. Then, it can accumulate and flow down the interior surfaces to the bottom of your refrigerator causing a water leak through the door. If the door seal is defective, it should be replaced.
Check the water filter
If your Viking refrigerator is equipped with a water filter, it may become damaged over time, causing water accumulation in places where it shouldn’t and resulting water leak. A leak can also be caused by the water filter being misaligned in its housing. Try removing and reinstalling the filter to fix the problem.

Things that might be causing the issue:
Damaged water inlet valve
The water inlet valve opens the water supply to the water dispenser and ice-maker of your Viking refrigerator. When the inlet valve is damaged, it may cause a leak and should be replaced with the new one.
Faulty water tank assembly
Water tank assembly may be a source of a leak. It is usually located on the rear side of the refrigerator. If the water tank assembly is not able to hold water, it should be replaced.
Broken water filter housing
If the water filter housing is cracked or broken, it may cause a water leak. Leakages may also occur as a result of a crack in the filter head or a tear in the seal. In case you find any cracks, the housing should be replaced.
Faulty ice-maker
If your Viking refrigerator is leaking water around the ice-maker, water-line connections to the icemaker can come loose or the seals can be cracked.
